Lately we have been dealing with an increasing number of attempts to manipulate antennas ranking. Note: each person is allowed to post one and only one review for each antenna model. Exceptions can be made only under special circumstances when the reviewer feels that his earlier review must be corrected.
We have a sophisticated manipulation detection system in place and we will not tolerate any attempt to game the system and mislead consumers and our visitors. We reserve the right to delete any review that we feel is misleading or inappropriate and do that at our sole discretion. Thanks for understanding.
Also, from now on we require all reviews to be at least 100 words long. Short reviews, such as "a piece of junk" or "works as advertised" are not very helpful. Consider specifying more details. Elaborate on your location, the equipment you are using, reception quality of specific channels in your area. Check the word counter at the bottom when writing.

| Summary: The Ghostbuster | ||
| The HD-7210 is meant for urban areas where multipath is a problem. It's chief virtue lies in it's directionality, not in it's gain. If you live in an area where ghosting and multipath are a problem, as one might when living in a large city, then this antenna is useful. This is NOT an antenna for suburbanites or rural folk: there are antennas better suited to that purpose, but if ghosts are a problem, or you have a VHF digital channel that causes dropouts due to multipath, this is an antenna to consider. | ||

| Summary: Overall, Disappointing - Good VHF, Poor UHF, Mediocre HD Performance | ||
| This antenna was installed by a dealer - and I let him choose the model based on my location rather than doing my research and picking the best choice. I am about 37 miles from the DFW transmitters. This antenna is too small and UHF analog performance in particular is very weak with more snow as you go up in the channel range. All UHF channels have some ghosting though VHF analog performance was pretty good. HD reception was good overall though after reading some of the reviews here, I should be geting a better signal. I get over 90 on maybe two channels, over 80 on about 5, and in the 70's on most, with some being less than that. Cold and stormy weather makes it worse. I have had this antenna for about a month on my new house and am already planning on replacing it. The installer did include both a preamp and an in-house amplifier, but the antenna itself just can't measure up. I'll do my own research next time. | ||
