Lately we have been dealing with an increasing number of attempts to manipulate antennas ranking. Note: each person is allowed to post one and only one review for each antenna model. Exceptions can be made only under special circumstances when the reviewer feels that his earlier review must be corrected.
We have a sophisticated manipulation detection system in place and we will not tolerate any attempt to game the system and mislead consumers and our visitors. We reserve the right to delete any review that we feel is misleading or inappropriate and do that at our sole discretion. Thanks for understanding.
Also, from now on we require all reviews to be at least 100 words long. Short reviews, such as "a piece of junk" or "works as advertised" are not very helpful. Consider specifying more details. Elaborate on your location, the equipment you are using, reception quality of specific channels in your area. Check the word counter at the bottom when writing.

| Summary: Great choice for VHF and UHF |
| I bought this antenna hoping to pull in ABC 6.1(WPVI) approximately 43 miles away. Even without a preamp I\m pulling in a solid 74% signal strength. Previously I was using a UHF only antenna and this also improved all of the UHF channels I received prior. I have a preamp on order so I hope I\m able to pull in Fox 29.1(WTXF) a little better as I\m only receiving it at about 45% currently. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for an antenna that has good deep fringe reception, especially if you need something for VHF. |

| Summary: Came with broken part, no reception, no Support Service |
| This \100 mile antenna\ does not pull in New York City stations at 60 miles distance (for three weeks I did get 2, sometimes 3 channels clearly after that those three channels come in as black and white with static interference so as to make it unrecognizable to the ear). It came with a broken plastic coupling that holds a 20.5 inch element together. Three email complaints to the shipper and their Customer Service have not resulted in an answer over the past six weeks.
In communicating with the Winegard company by telephone I was informed that this antenna is, at best, a 45 mile antenna which is well outside the range for New York City.
To sum up: broken part, no Support Service, false advertising. |

| Summary: Agree with Bigdog about need for Amplifier + nice Antenna Mast + Rotor |
| This Antenna, as with most others have gone up 50% in price, but I was able to find this cheap enough. i went ahead and bought the Radio Shack Pre-Amp for $60 and new Coax Cable for Hi-Def and I am getting in an amazing amount of channels from all around. I had a Rotor and tall Chimney mount mast. Approximately 35 Feet above Ground.
Nice Antenna, HDTV ready. Crystal Clear Picture! |

| Summary: I replaced Terk HDTVo with this Antenna for more Channels, but very disappointed! |
| I live 25~45 Miles out of the Baltimore/Washington DC area & have never had Cable or satellite. I put the HDTVo antenna up as soon as I bought my Sony Bravia Flat Screen 1 year & 1/2 ago. The Antenna pulled in about 15 Channels at the Time.
-
I now wanted to get more channels and bought the Winegard HD7084P antenna w/o Amplifier, as it is advertized perfect for my area & I had a friend recommend it saying he was now able to get 30 Channels.
-
Result: I installed the new Winegard HD7084P w/o Amplifier on 1/9/09 and performed a station search after install by just switching my cables over from Antennas. New search brought in 19 Channels. I then reconnected the Terk Antenna and did a Search and got in an Amazing 43 Channels. Not all 43 come in all the time, but what an impression the HDTVo Terk Antenna made on me for how small it is. I now need to find a quality HDTV Amplifier to add to this Antenna and possibly replace my broken Channel Master Rotor that lasted a whole year & 1/2. Good Luck come Febuary if using Antenna only. I do believe that this is possibly the Best Antenna you can get, but you will have to add Amplifier. I got lucky and found this Antenna on Amazon for $95 w/ $12 shipping. It is now $140 w/ $30 shipping. |

| Summary: Superb |
| We live in Prescott, AZ.
We have VHF and UHF translators and full power
stations ranging from 5 miles to about a 70 miles.
We can receive weak analog and digital translators from
Flagstaff, AZ with amazing clarity. Nearby translators
and full power stations are always perfect. We can even
receive some Phoenix stations, more than 90 miles away, over
very mountainous terrain, depending on the weather.
I highly recommend this antenna for its reception, quality
and rugged construction. |
