| Summary: TERK TV-35 Antenna | ||
| I have had this antenna for several years as I don\t think that Terk manufactures this antenna anymore. It is a small well built antenna that will with stand the elements. I used this antenna for a year pointed toward Dallas, TX (DFW) area some 70 miles away with an AMP and when tropo conditions were right I pulled in most ALL of the Dallas HDTV stations. I now use this antenna pointed towards the local Ch.10 and Ch.12 HDTV stations that are about 50 miles away. Due to it\s relative high beam width you need to be pointed within 15 degree\s of the stations transmitters. This is tough in our area as Ch. 12 is 310 degree\s and Ch. 10 is 337 degree\s so I have to split the difference and compromise signal strength at 50%. I use an AMP on this antenna. I would certainly recommend this antenna if you can find one. Small, well built, and has a direct 75 ohm input. | ||
