Lately we have been dealing with an increasing number of attempts to manipulate antennas ranking. Note: each person is allowed to post one and only one review for each antenna model. Exceptions can be made only under special circumstances when the reviewer feels that his earlier review must be corrected.
We have a sophisticated manipulation detection system in place and we will not tolerate any attempt to game the system and mislead consumers and our visitors. We reserve the right to delete any review that we feel is misleading or inappropriate and do that at our sole discretion. Thanks for understanding.
Also, from now on we require all reviews to be at least 100 words long. Short reviews, such as "a piece of junk" or "works as advertised" are not very helpful. Consider specifying more details. Elaborate on your location, the equipment you are using, reception quality of specific channels in your area. Check the word counter at the bottom when writing.

| Summary: WOW - This thing is amazing | ||
| I received the 91XG from solidsignals. The box was surprisingly small. It was fairly simple to put together, and the end product looks and functions spectacularly. I\m using the 91XG paired with the Channel Master CM-7777, and RG6 cable, 75 feet. I was going to order the quad rg6, but they recommended the cheaper Rg6. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone on the deep fringes. I\m able to pick up all the networks in Nashville, Jackson, Memphis, and Huntsville. Not all at the same time of course. Whats amazing to me is, with it pointed towards Nashville, i\m able to also pick up Memphis, which is 180 degrees in the apposite direction!!! | ||

| Summary: | ||
| It\s a very good long distance UHF antenna as long as there are no obstructions (applies with any antenna if your talking distance). Paired with a Winegard YA 1713 Prostar 1000 10 Element Hi-Band VHF TV Antenna (YA-1713) using Channel Master CM 7777 Titan2 VHF/UHF TV Antenna Preamplifier, all full power DTV signals from the MPLS/St.Paul metro show between 60-90 percent consistently (sometimes at night, LPTV off the IDS is recieved and on rare occasions, Rochester and La Crosse, WI.). This equipment resides 35 feet off the ground just South of Brainerd, MN with a line of sight distance to transmitter of around 108 miles. KCCO and KSAX could normally be received off of a normal outside antenna but not with this one as it is highly directional. It doesn\t matter because they are satellites of WCCO and KSTP which come in just fine from Shoreview. It recieves KCCW just enough to lock in, Lakeland public TV and the two DTV translators in town - all off the back side. | ||

| Summary: Great UHF only antenna | ||
| All broadcasters are 35 miles away and within 4 degrees of the same compass heading. Only station we can\t get is VHF 8, but antenna is designed for 14-69. I\ll be finding an antenna combiner so we can get ABC. Antenna is in attic of 2-story, sheathing is foil backed and we are in a \low spot\ for most reception (cell, radio, etc.). Long term use will be at 60 miles out once we move next spring. Box was half open when it arrived, but all parts were there. Assembly guide was too brief - not clear as to orientation of connector box, might not matter. Seems a bit flimsy for outdoor use, and numerous plastic parts might not hold up to UV exposure over time. | ||

| Summary: Very directional, looks good | ||
| The antenna was easy to assemble and mount to the mast. I primed and painted the antenna black, and even though it's large it is hard to see on the roof. The antenna is very directional, and from my location in the suburbs of Washington DC, I receive all DC stations strongly and on a good day I see the Baltimore stations 59 miles away. My location is behind a forest of trees and some hills, so the antenna does not have a direct line of sight to the transmitters. I'm happy that the XG91 with a Channel Master 7777 preamplifier will receive 18 transmitters, with a total of 34 digital stations. | ||

| Summary: Great UHF antenna with VHF capabilities | ||
| I've had this antenna for six months now testing the reception capabilties of the antenna. I live about 70-75 miles from the transmitters from stations in Pittsburg and can reliably receive most of the DTV stations that are broadcasted there. I've also been able to get DTV stations in Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, Johnstown, and Altoona all are 80-100+ miles away. As an added bonus the 91xg is able to pick up vhf analog stations WTRF 7(21 mi), WTOV 9(40 mi), WPXI 11(70 mi), and WBOY 12(55 mi). All four stations come in as clear with the 91xg as my old antenna with the big elements. Who ever said this antenna can't pick up VHF Channels must have assumed the 91xg couldn't. Overall I've been impressed with this antenna and highly recommend this antenna if you live in a fringe or deep fringe area like me. | ||
