Xium Antenna

Has anyone out there tried the Xium dish style antenna? If so how did it preform for you and where are you.

Its a fraud: it's amazing how you can sell any old piece of excrement in the US and someone will buy it...

if you want to give us the information that we requested in the beginning of the forum, we can give oyu a good idea of what kind of antenna will work for you...

recognize this is an old post, I happened on this site looking for info on an antenna to replace my Xium.

I can only speak from my experience, but completely disagree the Xium antenna is a fraud device. One finds lots of "opinions" on these and very little fact when searching for info on these antenna's.

it is darned expensive yes, but for me- it has always worked well alongside with my satellite. I picked mine up years ago for $20 bucks. doubt I would have taken a chance on it for $69.00. Im talking about the basic model, not the one with a "dish"

I have tried a few of the Terk and other generic indoor and outdoor antennas, nothing has done better so far. I have used it within 10-50 miles of he signals in KS, TX, and NC. Its omni-directional.
