Will my old attic antenna work OK?

I'm considering cancelling my Dish Network and would like to know if I should get a new HDTV antenna or if I can rely on my old Attic UHF/VHF antenna. Here is the info I got from TV Fool:

What do you think? Will I need to change antennas? NOTE: I cannot install an outdoor antenna, as I live in a townhouse - so any recommendations should be for attic mounted antennas only. Thanks in advance for any and all advice.
