I recently installed a Channel Master CM2020 on a 10ft mast with a rotor on my roof, about 20 ft above street level pointing 343 magnetic north according to tvfool.com. I have about 75ft RG6 run to my PHD-205LE HDTV tuner. No amplifier installed and no splitter installed at this time although I do plan on splitting for two TVs as soon as I solve my lack channel problems.
After experimenting with pointing and re-scanning I get strong PBS and many independent stations but none of the big commercial stations including ABC, NBC, or local independent KRON. According to tvfool all these stations are also at 343 magnetic north and with power range of my address. There is a building in my path as well as a hill blocking LOS to the transmission tower. Any suggestions?
