What antenna to buy?

hello! I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. My home is 3 story condominium. Our main tv is located in the basement.
What type on indoor antenna do you recommend. I purchased a cheap model from wal mart which is doing
nothing. The tv is about 10 years old and working just fine.
