Using A Second HDTV

Have HD service including the provider 'smart box'. Have added a second HDTV set which receives only the analog stations and would prefer to buy a 'smart box'/tuner rather than pay added costs to the provider. Is this possible? What tuners are available, approximate cost and how are they hooked-up?

We know who your "provider" is. Cable and satellite have different means for the distribution of HDTV
