tired of paying cable bill....

Postby hef on Tue May 18, 2010 5:43 pm

Ok,
I am tired of paying the 60.00 cable bill!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated for a outdoor antenna, roof mounted or, attic.

Address is:
Salt road
webster NY 14580

No tall buildings, or trees in the way (230 deg)
Right now I have two analog TV, and one digital. Oh I guess that means I need a digital tuner for the analog TV?

Use a Winegard HD-7696P mounted on your rood, aimed at 245 degrees, as measured by your compass: you'll see all the Rochester stations clearly. if you want to see other stations, like some of the Canadian stations, you can add a rotator to turn the antenna.

No amp unless you are running multiple TV sets, then use a distribution amp, NOT a preamp
