Selecting new Antenna

I'm looking to replace my 40+ year old Winegard antenna which is falling a part. I live in Mint Hill NC zip code 28227. Here is my TV Fool link http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wrapp ... 7001cd8443.

We have some large trees on our lot. The antenna will be mounted outside on the chimney about 25-30 feet above the ground. I feed the antenna output to my Dish Network receiver and my Samsung Digital TV. Indoor antennas do not work well for me.
