sailboat antenna

hello all , i have a small sailboat. sail out of portsmouth nh,my old analog tv did just fine for major networks.until the digital change over. i tried a convertor box with a little powered antenna, no luck... i've just purchased jensen digital tv and need recomendations of a simple ( if possible) antenna to use for reception from boston,ma to portland,me. i do have somewhat limited power supply (2 deep cycle 12volt batteries) they do maintain above 11.7 ,and 12+v most of the time,through recharging twice daily.exterior would need harsh weatherproofing, and mounting, size is an issue, interior antenna would be desired (the old rabbit ears weren't perfect but worked fine). i guess this new digital signal isn't so strong. what would your recomendations be?
