Recommendation for small indoor antenna (question updated)

Hello everyone: I have a 15 inch HDTV that I carry from outside when the weather is warm, garage, kitchen, etc. The review section recommended the Winegard 3300, but it's about 27" long (about a foot wider than the TV). Any suggestions on an indoor antenna that's good quality and small like the TV?

I live in the Delaware Vally, about 15 miles north of Philadelphia, PA and 70 miles south of NYC.

We are actually the tallest house on the block and the nearby area. The TV will be used primarily on the second floor with occassional trips to the patio. Only a few trees are about 100-150 feet from house.
There is a water tower setting upon the highest point in the township, it's about half mile away.
The TV is a Coby; HDTV
