no reception in rural maine

Postby dlrg on Wed Mar 11, 2009 10:58 am

I wrote a few days ago about my son's inability to get any TV reception at his home in ME and was directed to this blog. He lives in Bryant Pond zip 04219 and got not great analog reception but now get no digital even though he has an HDTV and an antenna. Apparently his home is in a hollow. Any help? I am not sure what kind of antenna he has, though someone suggested getting both an inside and outside antenna. His current one is an outside antenna. Thanks for any help.

When I plug in the zip code for your son, it shows strong signals available to him, so his problem has to be location or the quality of the antenna. If you can provide the DIGITAL coordinates for his house, I can look at the scan again and see if there is anything else we can do.
