Hello all.
As stated, as a long time satellite consumer I have never had to worry about antenna reception.
Now it seems the monthly payment for this never-worry lifestyle has exceeded what is currently
available in our monthly income. So the time has come to dump satellite and rely on our local channels
for all of our viewing needs.
I need some advice if you would care to share it with me.
First off, I live in Angier, NC whose zip code is 27501. I have looked on the antenna locator and see stations
in every direction from me.
I have two TV's I would like to connect to the antenna, one is a Sylvania analog TV and the other is a Samsung HDTV
with an internal HD converter/receiver.
I see on the antenna locator that PBS is out of range, which we would really like to receive so any hints would be appreciated.
I would like to buy a reasonably priced multi-antenna setup or an antenna with a rotator that will receive all channels within my area. There are no tall buildings to worry about...just trees.
I am not quite sure what else I would need besides some kind of splitter to wire both TV's and a HD to Analog convertor for my analog TV.
Again, any and all information and advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
