New member in VA

Hello all. I am very frustrated by the new DTV experience mandated by Congress. I live in a rural area about 70 miles from DC and have spotty reception depending upon weather. Oddly enough on clear days my reception is worse than on cloudy days. Anyway, I'm here to try and figure out how to make the best of a bad situation.
