New Home - Antenna Selection?

House is a 3 story.
Possibly when all said and done 4 hdtv's, definitely 2 to start (1st & 2nd floors)
- 1 on 3rd Floor
- 2 on 2nd Floor
- 1 on 1st Floor

Would like to receive as many stations as possible. Interested in my high definition looking better than Direct TV, Cable or FIOS. Also would not like my antenna to be as intrusive and ugly as my satelite dish looked but am open to all antenna selections that will accomplish my main goals of quality and number of stations over looks.

Anyone have any recomendation on this information? I will be moving into this home in a couple of weeks and would like to hit the ground running.
