Planning to cancel service with local cable company. I paid to have house wired for cable when it was built. Is there any reason I can't connect to my home where the cable company was connected. If I can, will I need a signal booster besides the one I get with my antenna? I am purchasing a TERK FDTVO Omni Directional Amplified Flat Outdoor HDTV Antenna and live with 20 miles of the stations I want to receive, and have clear line of sight to the transmitters.
