New and need help

Postby shan on Sat Jan 23, 2010 4:49 pm

Hi, we live in middle tennessee (cumberland plateau ) and we are wanting to dump the dish and go back to regular tv,

what is the difference between the NEW antennas and the old antennas?? reason i ask is i have a Old NEW in the box antenna, its never been opened, its about 15 yrs old will it work for the HDTV ????

if not what would i need to get to get signal? we have a converter box, and a old antenna on about 25' tower (but it wont work "no signal" ) dont know why...

thanks much...

First of all, give me a zip code or coordinates so I can tell where you are, then give me the make and model of the antenna and I can tell you whether it will work or not.

Unfortunately, your zip codes aren't helping me locate you very well: please go to THIS SITE http://www.tvfool.com and enter your location information, then post the information that the site gives you here, then I can probably help you. It looks as if you are too far from Nashville to expect reception, but we might be able to get Knoxville with the right antenna.
