Do I need a HDTV Tuner?

I am going to make a break from Time Warner. They pissed me off for teh last time. I have a SONY HDTV (it says intergrated HDTV)KDF42WE655. Do I need a HD Tuner? I live in Huntington Beach, CA. It is a Yellow Zone. That is all the info I have for now. I am going to start measuring tomorrow. Sunday I will narrow down my atenna choice, thanks to this Great site.
