The Denver stations come to you from two very different directions, so, it you want all if them, you will need rotator. I will not willingly install an attic-mounted antenna, Attics present too many obsticles to reliably predict reception. If you are concerned with your HOA prohibiting antennas, be aware that the FCC has ruled that they may NOT prevent you from installing a TV antenna on the exterior of your house to receive local TV or radio stations.
If you are willing to consider an outdoor antenna, I would suggest a Winegard HD-7694P on a Channel Master 9521a rotator. Your signals are fairly strong, so one antenna should power 2 TV sets with just a splitter in the line.
Chanecs are good that you can't get an antenna to rotate in an unobstructed manner in your attic, and, even if you do, you will have issues with multipath interference that will cause some stations to drop out intermittently.
