WiFi won't affect your TV reception, but you are going to have to have either a preamplifier or a distribution amplifier if oyu want to divide the signal to multiple TV sets. I suggest using the HDP-269 because it has the high-input characteristics of a distribution combined with low noise characteristic: most distribution amps are much noisier, which can hurt weak digital signals.
