Actually my chimney is a good local, and it puts the antennas in a good place. The 10' height will easily get my UHF where it needs to be...

Will do!
Just ordered the antennas, they'll be next week some time

Have a big network change over happening; my whole wireless network is being up-graded. Getting rid of DISH (saves us 900+ a year) and getting a TiVo Premier in it's place (I'm running the antennas through this)to keep the DVR we so much have come to love + we can stream our Netflix thru it & it has HDMI output.

Everything is arriving at different times throughout next week.

Thanks again!

Upon closer inspection it looks like I may have to aim my VHF @310 (ish, maybe) from my report I should be OK? (ish)

295 degrees by your compass: 310 is the non-magnetic position...

Curious: do I have to use the Pico Macom UVSJ UHF VHF Band Separator/Combiner ? OR can I use a normal splitter/combiner? I have everything but this. I will post a couple pictures, and let you all know the quality when I get the installation completed...

Yes, or a filtering device like it. A simple Joiner-splitter won't filter out the VHF and UHF signals from the opposing ports on a splitter=joiner, and may cause some kinds of offending interference

Uhm, I was on my roof looking at my final compass directions, and see that my VHF is gonna have more branch in the way than I thought, and the UHF has a little, are my plans nixed?

I have no-where else on my roof (or land/fence) that I can put these....

VHF signals are not as adversely affected by foliage as UHF, however, UHF signals, because of their shorter wavelength, tend to be scattered by foliage, tree-branches and such. I think that you'll be fine, but make sure that the branches are not touching the antenna, and I would suggest that you prune the branches back so that they are a few feet from the direct path of the signal, if that's possible.
