Looking to dump Comcast and go with Antenna

Was just at the Home Depot: RG59, RG6, RG6Quad? If antenna placement makes the existing Comcast cable an unsuitable solution what do you recommend?

I am wondering about how you made out as far as reception with the HD antenna? I do not live very far from you -

AntennaWeb says I will not really get any channels except NBC from Lancaster, could it be my proximity to Chester County Airport? I tried a paper clip antenna trick I saw on YouTube and got CBS Philly, so I'm not sure how accurate the AntennaWeb is.

Looking to dump Fios, but wanted to make sure I could at least get NBC and Fox Philly.

Because of the terrain between your house and the Philly transmitter's in Roxborough, you'll need a deep-fringe antenna mounted on the roof aimed at the transmitter, and I would also recommend using a preamplifier, especially if you plan to use multiple TV sets. My best suggestion would be to use a Winegard HD-7084P mounted as high on the roof as is practical along with a good all-channel preamplifier such a Winegard AP-8275. Aim the antenna at roughly 92 degrees and mount it securely to the roof. All of the Philly stations should pop in without an issue for you. Please follow the links listed below to see the equipment.

Please remember that all TV signals are now digital: if your TV set does not have a digital tuner, then you will need a digital to analog converter to see the Philly programming.
