Help With Cable Internet and Antenna

I currently have a Winegard HDTV antenna outside that feeds to my cable box. From there I have 2 rooms connected for TV reception. I still have my cable internet running to one room only in the house. In that room, I have a 32" LCD TV that I use as a PC monitor. I would like to have that TV capable of connecting to the antenna outside like the other TV's in the house. I have tried splitting the cable signal in that room and it's a no go. I have Time Warner for the Internet. Should I be splitting at the cable box instead? I hope I've been clear...

Does your TWC internet cable have any actual connection to your "cable tv box" which is connected to your antenna? From my understanding, you're trying to get a TV signal through the "Cable Internet" line coming in from TWC.
