HELP, No Picture

I bought an antenna about a year ago. It sat on a chair next to my tv for a year working great until I decided it was time to mount on the roof. Although it worked so well on the chair that I opted for the attic instead. I ran a line from the antenna to the cable distribution box. Put a splitter on that cable and then had 2 runs, one to my HDTV in the living room and another to a converter box in my basement. I did this Saturday and both TVs worked great. Signal/sound was awesome. On Monday, my living room TV was getting no picture. I checked my basement one and it still worked fine. I went out to the box and switched the coaxial cables around on the splitter, and now I get no picture on any tv. I tried replacing the splitter.

Any ideas?
