Help/Advice in Arkansas

I live in Batesville, AR. ~100 north of Little Rock, AR & ~75 miles southwest of Jonesboro, AR.~ 120 miles from Memphis, TN . Population 10,000. Obviously, very rural. We serve a medical population of 250,000, so we are a medical hub in northcentral Arkansas.

I used cable TV many years (ok) , decided to experiment with satelite...DISH. Fairly pleased. Viewed one daughters' HDTV via HD antenna in Cinci, OH. Very impressive.
I doubt that HD antenna will pick up much in this remote area, but I an researching possibilities. We have a nice 46 " Samsung HDTV.

If anyone in this area or a similiar rural area ~100 miles from a broadcasting station can offer suggestions from personal experience, please help.
