Hello, I am a newbie and am glad there's a forum available to help with the switch. Have found several local stores with helpful staff that are anxious to sell me stuff to try that may or may not work as needed (when asking questions, there are pauses of uncertainty). Given the general inexperience of store staff most are of little help with my seemingly complex problems I want to solve.
