Hello from 28607

Boy am I frustrated. Prior to June 12th I received 8 channels - 2 NBC stations, 2 CBS stations, 1 ABC station, 1 FOX station, 1 PBS station, and a local station. Now I get one NBC station and PBS. I live at an elevation of over 3000 ft. I have an outdoor RCA 75 mile VHF/UHF antenna and a Zenith DTT900 digital tuner. According to the FCC site I should only get three station, the PBS and NBC station that I do receive, but I don't receive the CBS station the FCC claims I should be getting. When I rescan, there are a few digital stations that register as a very weak signal, but I have no idea where these stations are from.

Is there any chance of improving my situation?
