HDTV Tuner Help

I have the following: HDTV antenna and Cox cable TV box, both with input lines to a Samsung SIR-T165 Digital TV set top box. I can easily switch between the two selections using a Samsung SIR-T165 set top box. The Samsung component is starting to die and I need a replacement for this component with similar capabilities. I am connecting the Samsung to Dolby digital output to a Harmon-Kardon receiver and have great sound.

The HDTV picture is excellent with high resolution (interlaced from Samsung)) and so is the cable picture. I use the CC on the Samsung component to select the CC option (necessary for my poor hearing). So, I need a component with input connections for HDTV antenna and Cable TV (cable box) with good resolution; DVD input; CC capable; output for Dolby. I want to have a similar component. My output is to a Panasonic plasma TV (no HDTV tuner, model TH-42PHD5) and a receiver (Harmon-Kardon AVR 250).

The Samsung SIR-T165 Digital TV set top box is no longer manufactured, and I do not want to buy a used one on the market (Samsung no longer offers any support or repair for this model).

Any recommendations for a HDTV Tuner with similar INPUT and OUTPUT capabilities would be appreciated. The Samsung receives and decodes all over-the-air HDTV/SDTV formats, plus over-the air analog (NTSC).
