Hello, I am Eve and my zip is 85223, Arizona City,AZ. I want to know if I have the right antenna for my panasonic projection HDTV,2002, if so , how do I pick up more channels and why on some channels , it pixels in & out ? I have a RCA ant 1500 flat multidirectional indoor.

I am frankly amazed that you get ANYTHING with that RCA antenna: if you are serious about getting TV reception, you'll get yourself an outdoor antenna, and aim it at South Mountain. You are 45+ miles fro the Phoenix transmitters, and no indoor antenna will work decently at that distance. Get a Winegard HD-7696p and mount it on your roof. Use good quality RG-6 coaxial cable, and aim it at 320 degrees by your compass. Everything should come in perfectly when you do.
