Hardware+Setup Advice pls

Hi,

I live in Peterborough, ON Canada Postal Code K9K 1V2 and I am looking for some advice on what antenna/hardware I should purchase to get rid of my sat bill. $$

The CN Tower is approx. 86 miles (136 kms) away and not sure about a signal from Buffalo...
I am looking at a combination of OTA reception and online streaming to replace my sat content.

I have 2 tv's and 2 sat receivers (one is a PVR).

We primarily watch some sports (Hockey, of course and LOTS of Baseball...I know I can get MLB.com and NHL Live subscriptions, but they are fairly pricey...Sportsnet carries a lot of bb games, but likely not avail except on sat or cable), some shows on AMC and some network shows like Fringe, Mentalist, Harry's Law etc.

If I go OTA with an antenna, I am assuming I would need an outdoor directional VHF/UHF setup.
I already have a Boxee Box and am planning on building an HTPC for online streaming content.

Any suggestions, reccommendations would be appreciated.
