Your local Jacksonville stations are very strong where you are, but you are going to have 3 VHF digital stations in your area. I suggest using a Winegard HD-7694P antenna mounted on your roof and aimed at approx. 35 degrees from your location. You have enough signal in the air that you can run 3 or 4 TV sets without an amplifier if you use a high-quality 1 gHz or better splitter.

See the attached chart; you have Providence and Boston available easily to you with a decent antenna. Use a good VHF-high-band + UHF antenna like a Winegard HD-7396P mounted on your roof plus a rotator like a Channel Master 9521a rotator so you can turn the antenna to aim at the different cities. You have better than 20 stations available to you over-the-air

I live in Jacksonville, FL zip code 32256 however I also live in an apartment. I need advice on an indoor antenna or an outdoor antenna for my first floor apartment. Does any one have a suggestion?

I am wanting to drop my dish network and set up an antenna for a hdtv but we live in southwest mo (65656) which is very tree covered and lots of rolling hills by a lake, will we get good reception?
