I finally tired of the abilities of my older Vizio 32" LCD TV in tuning the channels in consistently. It has an older chipset and wasn't very good as fighting poor signals, or weather, something that newer ATSC tuners were doing better. After some research, I went with the Digitwave DTV5000HD. It also known as the Centronics ZAT502.
After three days, I have had better consistency with reception of channels, even through a bad winter storm. Tonight, I plugged the optical audio into my surround sound receiver and things are sounding pretty good. I now have pretty much all the channels offered in my area (Dayton & Cincinnati) except Channel 54 and its subchannels. It is a weak signal PBS that I would need a much taller antenna setup to have hopes of receiving.
So, I am now at 39 digital channels with my Digiwave.
I paid $99 for mine.
