2 digital tvs; one won't pick up CBS

Hi,

I am new to the forum and have a question. We are trying to get our 2 digital tvs on an antenna and get rid of DISH TV. We bought a good antenna with a 50 mile range and an amplifier. When hooked up to each tv separately, and a scan is done, one tv gets the 3 major networks, and the other tv will only pick up 2 of them (not CBS). What could be causing this problem.
