Coolsat 7000 pvr as a converter?

I have a SONY TV XBR (it said Digital ready but still analog) and a Coolsat 7000 pvr.

Does Coolsat 7000 pvr has function to convert digital TV to analog to my SONY TV? I see both have Component video Output/Input.
