Confused! What do I need?

After doing much reading about different antenna options, I'm more confused now than I was before. Do I need a preamp? Do I not need a preamp? Rotor type or fixed? Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

So, here's what I'm working with. We have a camper at Lake Royale in Bunn, NC (zip code 27549). Satellite will not work because of all the trees around our lot. I got this info from the TVFool website that gives me tower and station info, but not necessarily antenna info:

I'm not sure how high I may be able to mount an antenna at this time. Since this is a little weekend getaway place for us, just having a few good reception channels would probably be ok, but the more the better. Any suggestions?

Oh, by the way, we will be purchasing a new 23-24" flat screen tv of some sort, but haven't decided on what brand just yet. If one brand seems to work better than others, that would be good to know also. As a lifetime cable subscriber, this is all foreign territory to me.
