What antenna would you recommend for zip 38017 (memphis area)? My location is a residential neighborhood, with no large forested areas nearby, and very flat. I want to connect 2 HDTVs (willing to use 2 antennas if set-top is your recommendation). I am concerned about low VHF ch 5 (NBC).

You are close enough to the transmitters that you should need only a small all-channel antenna to see WMC without a problem. You will need an antenna that gets decent low-band VHF reception to insure good reception on all of the local stations.

I would suggest an AntennaCraft HD850 all-channel antenna mounted on the highest point of your roof, aimed at 310 degrees as measured by your compass. Use good RG-6u coaxial cable, and you should be good to go.
