I have Comcast cable in my house and 4 TVs and I have to use powered signal booster that helps a lot. If I switch to an OTA antenna can I use a signal booster? Do I need an antenna for each TV?

No, you only need one antenna for your house, but you wll need cable run to where each TV set wll be, and a distribution amplifier-splitter where the signal is split to the different TV sets.
