Best rotator

Currently I'm torn between which rotator to purchase. The most common seems to be the Channel Master 9521A but I have read a lot of differing reviews. I have also read about the RCA VH126N which seemed to have better reviews, but not many reviews overall. Can anyone recommend which rotator to choose?

My setup is
Antenna's Direct DB8 antenna
and PA-18 preamp
zip code is 17517 Denver, Pa
Unit is on rooftop approx 30ft above ground
