Baltimore rooftop ant/cable installer recommendation needed

Does anyone have a recommendation for an experienced cabling professional in the Baltimore area?

I live in a 10 story condo in Baltimore city. There is an antenna on the roof which is connected to all the units, but the signal doesn't make it to our 3rd floor unit. I think it needs some kind of power booster installed. Also, the antenna was put up before the airwaves went digital, so a whole new antenna may need to be installed.
We currently have a Terk digital antenna in our unit, but it only picks up a handful of stations and I really would like to see how many more we can get with a rooftop unit.
