Antennas Direct V21 Correct Recommendation?

Hello all,

Just wanted some confirmation, before I pull the trigger,that Antennas Direct V21 is the correct antenna for my area, 19131. I will be mounting this on the roof outside. Also, this run will go to two televisions, maybe three in the future, so is a preamp necessary?
