Antenna Selection & Install advice

I need your advices and suggestions!

I am located in zip code 98056, Newcastle, WA. I am planning on connecting a Insignia HDTV, which I believe has a built-in HD tuner, to the antenna. And I would be looking for both analog and digital stations. Both indoor and outdoor antennas work fine for me.
