Good evening, I would appreciate your suggestions on type, brand,model number of the antenna that will provide me with the most and best signal receiption.

You have signals from both Topeka and Kansas City available to you, however, they are almost 180 degrees apart. Omni-directional antennas almost never work reliably in these situations. You didn't mention how many TV sets you plan to run from this antenna, but if we assume that you only want one digital TV tuner, I suggest using a Winegard HD-7696P VHF-high-band + UHF antenna mounted on your roof using a Channel Master 9521A rotator to turn the antenna between the two cities. When properly installed, you should see all of the KC and Topeka stations without a problem.
