Antenna Help 40475

Postby Dutchovens on Fri Jan 09, 2009 8:44 pm

I live in zip code 40475. I'm on the second floor of an apartment building that is on a hill above everything in the 350 degree heading. I have attic access and will have to install the antenna in there. The antenna will be connected to a Hauppauge WinTV-2250 TV tuner card. What will be a good antenna to receive my local HD channels?

Thanks.

Try a Winegard HD-7082P pointed North NorthEast: you have a VHF digital channel 6 where you are, and will need an all channel antenna to pick it up!

Actually, are you only looking for the 5 channels from that direction? If so, those channels are really strong, and you do have one in low band (channel 4), but it is only 5 miles away. This complete kit below may work very well for you.
