Antenna for 30161

Postby czar99 on Mon Apr 27, 2009 9:36 am

I live in Rome, GA and I am looking for an antenna. I am looking at the Terk HDtv Antenna Amplified antenna. Problem is I would like to get the Atlanta and Chatanooga channels. What is the best setup for a rotating antenna? Thanks in advance

Based on the zip code provided, you are not likely to get the stations from Atlanta or Chatanooga. The zip-code method of locating TV signals is an inexact way to find stations, and can vary considerably because of terrain and altitude. If you can provide your coordinates, we may be better able to help you. In any event, the Terk antenna that you specified is grossly inadaquate for your needs. If reception is possible based on your coordinates, we can design a deep-fringe antenna system that will get you the stations that you are looking for...
