antenna advice

I live in Pa. 15714. I need a recommendation for an antenna to be mounted on the roof.I currently have a Radio Shack top of line but its in sad shape after the big windstorm yesterday. With a rotor and no amplifier I was able to pick up Pittsburgh Johnstown and Altoona stations and PBS from Clearfield. Wind seems to be a problem.I also have Dish Network but locals are not HD and from what I hear it may be awhile. HD picture over antenna is much clearer than on the dish and free .Hope the morons in Washington don't get any ideas to tax that. Thanks
