Antenna advice for central Wisconsin

Hello,
I need help! I live in a heavily wooded area in central Wisconsin and can only get 3 stations...
Zip code is 54751, Menomonie, WI. I live north of town a few miles.

There are no tall buildings around, just a few smaller hills.
I currently have a 32 foot tower with an antenna similar to the Winegard model HD8200U.
I have a 26db amplifier just as the cable enters the house. After the amp, I have a splitter to the different televisions.
I also have an antenna rotor.

Televisions:
32" Samsung LCD, about 2 1/2 years old
19" Samsung LCD, about 2 years old
32" Samsung LCD, about a year old

Typically, we are only using the top 2 at one time, and mostly just the top one.
Also, I do have a DVD recorder that I use occationally to record programs that is routed through a digital converter box.

I am willing to get a new antenna, amp or whatever. I just will NOT pay for a dish, and there is no cable in my area. Also, we have dial-up as our only choice for internet, so thats no help either...

13.1 NBC
13.2 NBC
28.1 PBS
28.2 PBS
28.3 PBS

Occationally:
18.1 ABC
18.2 ABC
18.3 ABC
48.1 FOX
48.2 FOX

Would like to get the occational channels all the time along with:
8 ABC
11 NBC
4 CBS
5 ABC
any others that are on the TV Fool listing...
