antenna advice for 66206

Hi,
I would like to get a new HDTV antenna. My coordinates are:
Latitude
38.977648 °
N 38 ° 58' 39.5"
38 ° 58.6589' (degree m.mmmm)

Longitude
-94.610098 °
W 94 ° 36' 36.4"
-94 ° 36.6059' (degree m.mmmm)

ZIP CODE: 66206

It appears that my house is roughly 4 to 11 miles to the towers which are located within a 90 degree spread in relation to my house here in kansas city. I do have tall trees surrounding my one story house. But I wouldn't say this is a heavily forested location. I have two Panasonic Viera HDTVs that both appear to have an integrated HDTV tuner. I have at least one other tv with no tuner that needs to be fed by this antenna. Also I have two 4 story corporate buildings about 300 yards to my east and east northeast. And yes they are both within the reception path, but may only interfere with the eastern most tower.
I'd prefer to mount the antenna in the attic, but I have no problem mounting to the outside of the house for the best possible picture. Is an attic mounted antenna considered an indoor antenna? Finally... I'd prefer not to have a rotator but will get one if absolutely necessary. Essentially, I'd like to set it and forget about it if possible.

Thanks for your help and please ask if you need more info.

Philip

You are very close to the KC transmitters, and all of your transmitters are on UHF, but in about a 90 degree arc from your location. I would use a Channel Master 4220 UHF antenna aimed in the middle of the spread of transmitters, roughly 30 degrees, as measured by your compass. use high-quality RG-6u coax cable. Indoors, split the signal using an amplified splitter like a Channel Master CM3412, which will make sure that you don't lose signal from cable runs and splitting the signal: you'll see all of the KC stations perfectlt when you do. Be sure to mount the antenna outdoors, up high, and clear of all obstructions.
