Another Newbie Antenna Request

Hi, I,m dropping my cable and am badly in need of advice.

I need to get the stations to my West (South Bend) but also gotta have the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek stations to my North which are much weaker. I would like to avoid using a rotor since we flip back and forth between the two quite a bit. I would also like to put the antenna in myasphalt shingled attic but will go rooftop if needed.

How many TV sets are going to be connected to the antenna?

Just one at the moment. I'm using an old Sony tube-type set and have a converter box, but will eventually get a new flatscreen and will want to move the old set to the bedroom.
